CBN News has learned exclusively that five Muslim soldiers at Fort Jackson in South Carolina were questioned just before Christmas. It is unclear whether the men are still in custody. The five were part of the Arabic Translation program at the base.
Patrick Jones, the Deputy Public Affairs Officer for Fort Jackson, confirmed for CBN News Thursday afternoon that an investigation was ongoing.
Prior to this posting, CBN News learned that these details were also confirmed by a government official with knowledge of the investigation.
The men are suspected of trying to poison the food supply at Fort Jackson.
A source with intimate knowledge of the investigation, which is ongoing, told CBN News investigators suspect the “Fort Jackson Five” may have been in contact with the group of five Washington, D.C., area Muslims that traveled to Pakistan to wage jihad against U.S. troops in December. That group was arrested by Pakistani authorities, also just before Christmas.
Coming as it does on the heels of November’s Fort Hood jihadist massacre, this news could have major implications..
Are we starting to see a theme here yet? These five people suspected of poisoning US Troops are not Christian, Jewish or Catholic….
I spent the day with my son today. As a father I cannot be more proud then I am of him. He stationed with an artillery unit on a FOB in Afghanistan near the Pakistan border. Since arriving in April this year his unit has 117 confirmed kills of Islamic Terrorists! 117 Jihadis that were sent on a one way magic carpet ride to Allah courtesy of my son and many other brave men like him in one of the worlds biggest litter boxes known as Afghanistan.
In honor of my son, I am posting this video from You Tube again. Everytime I watch it, I admit that I tear up a little. Out of pride, out of patriotism, and yes a little bit of me is always afraid for him. He’s doing what he wants to do. He’s a good kid! I am proud and I love him very much.
Just got word from my son in Afghanistan. He is in the US Army with the 4th Battalion – 320th Field Artillery Regiment out of Ft. Campbell, Ky. His turns out that just over a week ago, his Cannon Team was responsible for the elimination of over 20 Islamic Terrorists, members of the Islamic Cult the Taliban. 20 assholes that were denied their 72 virgins thanks to my son’s Army unit. 20 fewer assholes that may have been used to launch attacks here on US soil.
I would personally like to thank my son and the other members of the United States Army’s for giving those 20 Islamic Terrorists a one way magic carpet ride to hell.
My oldest son leaves tomorrow morning for Afghanistan. He is an enlisted person in the United States Army with the 320th Field Artillery Regiment, 4th Battilion out of Ft. Campbell Ky.
A prayer for my son and for all the sons and daughters of those who proudly serve in our United States Military protecting us here from hostile lands far away.
We beseech you, O G-d to shield and protect our armed forces, in the air,
on sea, and on land. Guard our servicemen and women and their families
on their mission to protect the well-being of our country. May it be Your
will that the dominion of tyranny and cruelty speedily be brought to an
end and those who gallantly serve our nation return safely home.
Grant to our President, his counselors and advisors, and all who are
entrusted with the guardianship of our rights and liberties such wisdom
and understanding that they lead our nation in the path of justice and
righteousness in advancing the cause of freedom throughout the world.
Blessed are You, O G-d, Gracious Giver of Peace.
